Our Texturing Workshop
- Imported Barmag texturing machines (Germany) — used for T8 and high-stretch specialty yarns.
- Domestic high-speed texturing machines — used for regular composite yarns and larger orders.
- Flexible line setup for both small-batch sampling and volume production.
Quality Control
Inspection at Each Stage
Raw material check
Incoming yarn is checked before production.
Process control
Patrol checks on the texturing line for broken filaments, tight spots and oil stains.
Finished inspection
Finished packages are checked for appearance and elasticity consistency.
Packing & labelling
Packages are packed and labelled for traceability.
Samples & Development
Working With Your Team
Our process team supports fabric development with sample yarns and adjustments to draw ratio, interlacing and twist. Sample terms are confirmed per enquiry.
