Process

Four Steps

Requirement

End use, material, construction, function, specification and quantity. Result: a requirement record.

Technical evaluation

We assess feasibility and sampling conditions. Result: a suggestion or a list of missing information.

Sample verification

Agreed samples are provided; weaving, dyeing, finishing and tests are discussed. Result: sample and feedback record.

Supply confirmation

Specification, sample standard, cost and lead time are confirmed. Result: order executed as agreed.

    Development FAQ

I already have a fabric sample. Can we discuss it?

Yes. Describe the fabric in the form and we will tell you how to send the sample or photos by email for evaluation.

I don’t have an exact specification. Can I still submit?

Yes. Tell us the end use, target hand feel and functions; we will help narrow down the specification.

    How is sampling arranged?

After technical evaluation we agree on the sample form, quantity and any cost before preparing samples.

    How are functional tests confirmed?

Test items, methods and conditions are agreed in advance and verified on the agreed sample or fabric. Not every target can be achieved; we will tell you what is feasible.
